Rock Dental Brands is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face and logistical heartbeat of the practice. You will manage daily patient flow, greet visitors, and assist with insurance questions to ensure a smooth visit from entry to checkout.

The role requires 2+ years of front-office or hospitality experience and comfort with practice management software. A team-focused, organized communicator will thrive here, with a friendly, patient-centric approach.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of front-office/administrative or hospitality/customer service experience (dental/medical background a plus).
• Comfortable with practice management software and digital scheduling systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Master the schedule: coordinate appointments and confirm visits to keep schedules productive.
• Greet visitors with hospitality and ease dental anxieties at check-in.
• Verify patient eligibility and navigate insurance details with accuracy.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Keep reception area polished and well-stocked.
