Responsabilidades

• Master the schedule: coordinate appointments and proactively confirm visits to keep timetables on track.
• Greet visitors warmly and address questions with empathy to ease anxieties before appointments.
• Verify patient eligibility and navigate insurance details while keeping records accurate.
• Maintain electronic dental records with HIPAA compliance at every touchpoint.
• Keep the reception area polished, organized, and well-stocked.
