Job summary

Jersey City Dental Center seeks a friendly Dental Receptionist to keep the front desk running smoothly in a busy practice. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule appointments, and support a positive patient experience using modern technology.

Open to full or part-time, Monday–Friday with variable hours. We offer medical, dental, vision, and life insurance for full-time staff, PTO and paid holidays, and 401(k). Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of dental/medical knowledge preferred.
• Prior sales/customer service experience is a must.
• Experience with verifying insurance.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations.
• Schedule appointments and maintain front desk workflow.
• Assist in creating a positive patient experience using modern technology.
