Qualifications

• Experience as Front Desk Receptionist in a medical or dental office is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures and coding practices is a plus.
• Proficient in using office software relevant to medical offices (Epic, Eaglesoft, Meditech).
• Strong communication skills with patients and staff.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and visitors warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
