Terracina Dental Care is hiring a full-time Dental Receptionist to join a caring, collaborative team in Florida. You will greet patients, manage front-office duties, and use Dentrix for scheduling and records. The role emphasizes patient care, teamwork, and the smooth operation of the office.

• 2-3 years of experience in a dental office
• Familiarity with Dentrix is a plus
• Experience with insurance aging and accounts receivable preferred

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist patients with a smile
• Schedule appointments and manage patient communications
• Support insurance verification and accounts receivable processes
• Help ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
• Deliver an outstanding patient experience from check-in to check-out
• Greet and welcome patients as they enter the office
• Manage front office duties, including answering phones and emails
• Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and records
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
• File patient insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims
• Post insurance and patient payments and process accounts receivables
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options
• Partner with providers to implement Heartland Dental systems
