Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, greet patients, and check office emails daily.
• Schedule appointments and update patient information and records.
• Review schedules daily to fill open appointment times and monitor changes.
• Confirm, schedule, and follow up on unscheduled appointments.
• Run necessary patient reports and make follow-up and treatment calls.
• Coordinate with insurance and accounts receivable regarding estimates and balances.
• Discuss treatment plans and insurance coverage with patients.
