Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Model company culture, values, standards and best practices
• Assist patients to get comfortable and connected with the PPE process
• Schedule appointments to keep providers productive and on schedule
• Greet patients and guests in person and over the phone in a professional manner
• Handle calls efficiently and promptly
• Post payments to patient accounts per company policies
• Assist with patient check-in and ensure accurate patient information in the system
• Support front office tasks and coordinate with back office for patient arrival
