Position Details: Full-Time Position (Must Work Saturdays)

Position Overview

The Front Desk / Check-In Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and plays a crucial role in ensuring the office runs smoothly. This position requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail. The candidate must be available to work full-time, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities
  1. Patient Interaction: Greet and welcome patients, check them in, verify information, and assist with paperwork.
  2. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, confirm schedules, and handle cancellations/reschedules.
  3. Insurance & Billing Support: Verify insurance, collect co-pays, and provide basic payment and treatment information.
  4. Administrative Duties: Answer calls, maintain front desk organization, and communicate with the back office.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1 year of dental experience.
  2. Knowledge of Dentrix Enterprise is a plus.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Friendly, professional, and patient-focused personality.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Availability

Full-time, including Saturdays.
