Qualifications

• Experience with dental software (Dentrix) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a professional and personable manner.
• Schedule and follow up with patient appointments.
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Answer patient inquiries on treatment plans and payments.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Assist with other office tasks as needed.
