Dental Solutions in Philadelphia, PA seeks a friendly Patient Service Representative to support a team-based dental office. You will answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with treatment plans and financial arrangements, contributing to a positive patient experience.

The role emphasizes high-quality customer service, familiarity with dental workflows, and collaboration with office staff to ensure smooth operations. Full-time schedule with daytime hours in a patient-centered practice.

Qualificações

• One year or more experience working in a dental office.
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Customer service; acknowledge, smile and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal.
• Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies.
• Answering Telephones.
• Scheduling Appointments.
• Maintaining Appointment Book.
• Confirming Appointments.
• Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments.
• Register Patients on sign in sheet.
• Post charges and payments to patient accounts.
• Checking voicemail on a daily basis.
• Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients.
