Qualifications

• Proficient with technology and computer skills including Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide quality customer service.
• Handle registrations, scheduling, and appointment confirmations.
• Collect copayments and manage receipts.
• Verify demographics and insurance information.
• Travel to other CCHS locations as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with standards.
• Document no-shows and reschedule as needed.
