Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with technology and Microsoft software.
• Ability to handle cash and accurately complete bank deposits.
• Medical or dental terminology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide quality customer service.
• Perform pre-registration and registration duties.
• Process copays and receipts; record payments.
• Verify insurance information and assist with sliding fee enrollment.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage waitlists.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
