Job summary

Anchorage Dental Arts in Midtown Anchorage is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to patients. Qualifications

• Candidates should exhibit strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Experience coordinating front desk tasks and scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a warm welcome and assist at the front desk.
• Check in and check out patients.
• Maintain patient records and ensure paperwork is up to date.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar efficiently.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments in a timely, friendly manner.
• Follow up calls to schedule slots and confirm visits.
• Collect payments and process transactions.
• Provide general administrative support with clear communication.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of dental terminology.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience in a dental practice; be reliable and friendly.
