Job summary

Park Plaza Dental is seeking a dynamic Front Desk receptionist to join a fast-growing team in Orange Park. You will greet patients, manage phones, and schedule the Doctor(s) and Hygienist while delivering an excellent patient experience.

The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced office; 2-3 years of experience and an Associates Degree are preferred. We offer competitive benefits and flexible scheduling in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience preferred
• Associates Degree preferred
• Outstanding professionalism and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Greet patients by name and assist throughout their visit
• Answer and manage phone calls, schedule doctors and hygienists
• Complete daily insurance verifications for scheduled patients
• Submit insurance claims with proper attachments
• Certify upcoming appointments and assist with billing questions
• Follow-up on unscheduled recare and treatment appointments
