Woodmere Cosmetic and Family Dentistry is seeking a dynamic Front Desk receptionist to greet patients, manage phones, verify insurance, and schedule the Doctor(s) and Hygienist appointments for a smooth patient experience.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, an Associates Degree preferred, and strong communication and professionalism to build trusting relationships with patients in a fast-paced office.

Competenze

• 2-3 years experience preferred.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Outstanding professionalism and self-motivated work ethic.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient relationships.

Mansioni

• Completes daily insurance verifications for all scheduled patients.
• Greet patients by first name and assist during office visits.
• Serve as the face of the company, handling calls and in-person interactions.
• Confirm future appointments and assist patients with billing questions.
• Submit insurance claims with proper attachments and narratives.
• Follow-up with unscheduled recare/treatment appointments.
