ProSmile Holdings, LLC in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Dental Front Desk Receptionist with experience to greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and collect payments. The ideal candidate is computer proficient, comfortable with a multi-line phone system, and capable of explaining treatment plans and payment options.

Experience with Dentrix is preferred; training is available for the right fit.

Qualifications

• Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to operate a multi-line phone system.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a patient-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask in a busy front-desk environment.
• Experience with dental software and understanding treatment plans/insurances.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients in a professional, personable manner.
• Schedule and follow up with patient appointments.
• Verify insurance and obtain pre-authorizations when needed.
• Explain treatment plans and payment options to patients.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances.
• Perform other front-desk tasks as assigned by supervisor.
