Job summary

Greater Endodontics is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team in Murray, UT. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, delivering an excellent experience and supporting smooth office operations.

Role includes greeting patients, scheduling, insurance verification, payments, and HIPAA compliance. Full-time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm, with benefits and a collaborative dental specialty environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service, healthcare, scheduling or patient-facing roles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a welcoming, professional environment
• Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary pre-authorizations
• Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
• Coordinate patient flow and assist with administrative support as needed
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
