Qualifications

• Experience working in a dental office (preferred).
• Knowledge of insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus.
• Experience answering telephone.
• Must have exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and acknowledge arrival.
• Respond to patient questions and concerns per policies.
