As a small, close-knit team, we value professionalism, kindness, and efficiency. We are currently looking for a reliable and personable Front Desk/Office Manager to be the face and heartbeat of our practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments

  • Manage the daily operations of the front office

  • Verify insurance and obtain authorizations

  • Coordinate treatment plans and present financial estimates to patients

  • Maintain accurate patient records using practice management software

  • Handle billing, claims submission, and collections

  • Oversee ordering of office supplies and ensure smooth workflow

  • Support the clinical team as needed to ensure a seamless patient experience

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in dental or medical front office management

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Exceptional communication and customer service abilities

  • Experience with dental insurance verification and billing

  • Familiarity with dental software

  • Knowledge of endodontic procedures is a plus, but not required

  • Professional, reliable, and able to lead with a positive attitude

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • No weekends or late evenings
