The Smilist in Boston, MA is seeking a Patient Coordinator to join a friendly, professional dental team. This role focuses on welcoming patients, managing front desk communications, and coordinating check-ins and insurance details.

At our Boston clinic, you’ll support payments, scheduling, and daily operations, while collaborating with clinicians to ensure an excellent patient experience and ongoing practice growth.

Qualificações

• Experience as a dental receptionist/front desk coordinator is preferred.
• Dentrix experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are important.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist patients, making a warm first impression.
• Handle front desk communications: calls, inquiries, messages.
• Coordinate patient check-in and verify insurance details.
• Assist with collecting payments and front-office transactions.
• Maintain organized administrative records and support daily operations.
• Schedule appointments and minimize gaps in the calendar.
• Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly.
• Contribute to patient experience and practice growth.
