Qualificações

• Previous experience as a dental receptionist or dental front desk coordinator.
• Dentrix experience preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to the team.
• Comfort discussing appointment scheduling, insurance information, and patient payments.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and assist patients: Create a warm, positive first impression.
• Handle front desk communications: Answer calls, relay messages, and coordinate with the team.
• Coordinate patient check-in: Verify information and insurance details.
• Support payment collection: Collect payments and communicate balances clearly.
• Keep the office organized: Maintain accurate records and support daily operations.
• Support the patient schedule: Coordinate appointments and reduce gaps.
• Partner with the clinical team: Notify arrivals and help keep the schedule running.
• Contribute to practice growth: Help patients navigate visits and encourage continued care.
