Job summary

Smile Doctors is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator I at our Blacklick & Pickerington offices. You will greet patients, verify insurance, schedule visits, and coordinate communications across two Ohio locations.

You will need strong written and verbal communication, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work between Blacklick and Pickerington. A HS diploma and 1 year of admin experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• 1+ year administrative experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and receive patients and determine nature of visit.
• Answer, screen, and route calls; take messages as needed.
• Check-in patients and collect information on first visit; verify insurance.
• Notify clinicians of patient arrival and readiness; schedule appointments.
• Print appointment reminders and school/work excuses; adjust schedules as needed.
• Process payments and account adjustments; coordinate payment plans.
• Update charts and patient information; handle mail and deliveries.
• Support internal marketing and team participation across locations.
