Job summary

Anthony A. Gardiner DDS PLLC is seeking a friendly receptionist/concierge to join our Ferndale dental practice. You will be the first point of contact for patients, greet them, book appointments, answer calls, and assist with patient needs during visits.

A cheerful demeanor, strong communication, and computer skills are essential. Experience with dental software and insurance handling is a plus. This full-time role offers a long-term opportunity in a single-office setting focused on patient care

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Preferred experience with Dentistry.
• Preferred experience with Dental Software.
