No dental experience is required; we will train, and the ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people. You’ll support a positive patient experience through clear communication and a courteous, organized office presence.

Qualifications

• Dental experience is NOT required.
• We are happy to train the right individual on dental-specific tasks and office procedures.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, reception, or another people-focused position is a plus!
• Basic computer proficiency, organizational skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn are important.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming, comfortable environment.
• Answer phone calls with friendliness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
• Build meaningful connections with patients and help them feel valued.
• Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
• Check patients in and out efficiently.
• Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with patient forms and basic administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinical staff, and other team members.
• Keep the front desk organized, clean, and running smoothly.
