MINT dentistry seeks a Dental Front Desk at our Texas location to be the first and last impression for patients. As a Patient Concierge, you’ll help create a warm, luxury experience and serve as a brand ambassador in-office and online.

You’ll greet patients, manage the daily schedule, check them in/out, handle payments, support the clinical team, and engage on social media to share the MINT experience while building real connections with guests and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience — dental or front desk is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills — thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality — you love connecting with people.
• Social media savvy — comfortable sharing our patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet every patient like they’re a VIP — because they are.
• Manage the daily schedule to keep patient flow smooth and efficient.
• Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements with clarity and care.
• Support the clinical team and ensure every patient’s experience is seamless.
• Act as a MINT Model and Brand Influencer — representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism.
