MINT Dentistry in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Dental Front Desk – Patient Concierge who will be the welcoming face of the practice. You’ll manage check-ins, schedule flow, process payments, and coordinate financial arrangements with warmth and precision.

You’ll represent the MINT brand, engage with patients and our community, and support the clinical team to ensure a seamless, luxurious patient experience from arrival to exit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience — dental or front desk is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Warm, outgoing personality with excellent people skills.
• Social media savvy and comfortable engaging in photo moments or sharing our patient experience.
