MINT dentistry is seeking a Dental Front Desk – Patient Concierge to be the welcoming face of our luxury dental experience. You’ll greet patients, manage schedules, process check-ins/outs, and coordinate payments with clarity and care.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll embody the MINT Model, engage in social media moments when needed, support the clinical team, and build real connections with patients, teammates, and the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality with people skills.
• Social media savvy and comfortable sharing our patient experience.
