Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with individuals in the reception area.
• Assist patients with electronic intake forms.
• Notify clinical team of patient arrival.
• Escort patients to/from the front desk and introduce team members.
• Contact insurance companies to verify policy information.
• Communicate with patients clearly and efficiently.
• Set up accounts and create charts for new patients.
• Maintain a team-first, patient-first attitude.
• Other duties as assigned.
