Job summary

Swish Dental is seeking a Patient Concierge (Receptionist) to provide outstanding front desk support in a clinical studio environment in San Antonio, TX. You will welcome patients, handle intake forms, manage appointments, process payments, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

The role requires excellent communication, a professional demeanor, reliability, and flexibility to cover shifts at locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• CPR and/or BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment.
• Interact with individuals in the reception area.
• Assist patients with the completion of electronic intake forms.
• Collect payments.
• Notify the clinical team of patient’s arrival.
• Escort patients to/from the front desk and introduce them to all applicable team members.
• Contact insurance companies to verify and gather pertinent policy information.
• Communicate with patients clearly and efficiently.
• Set up accounts and create charts for new patients.
• Maintain a “team first” and “patient first” attitude.
• Assist patients in scheduling appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment

• This position may be required to sit or stand for long periods
