Job summary

Dentologie in the Southport area (Lakeview/Wrigleyville) is seeking a full-time Front Desk Concierge with at least 1 year of dental front desk experience. The role offers an hourly wage of $20–$22, a strong benefits package, and full-time hours within an outstanding culture.

You will be the first point of contact for patients, managing greetings, scheduling, payments, and coordination with the clinical team. This position emphasizes accuracy, courtesy, and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients professionally and communicate with them clearly.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Present accurate treatment plans and answer questions.
• Accept payments and accurately post to ledger.
• Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly.
• Communicate and follow up with staff and patients.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical information.
• Check in lab cases.
• All Dentologie employees share custodial duties to maintain sanitary facilities.
• Assist with training new team members.
