Pay
- $20 - $24 per hour
- Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
Shift & Schedule
Monday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Closed 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm for lunch

Requirements
The list below is preferred but will train the right candidate
- Previous dental front desk experience
- Experience with dental scheduling and patient check-in/check-out
- Knowledge of dental insurance, eligibility, benefits, and claims
- Comfortable discussing treatment estimates, copays, deductibles, and patient balances
- Experience with insurance verification and pre-authorizations
- Familiarity with dental terminology and CDT procedure codes
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate communication with patients
- Ability to multitask in a busy dental office
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Collect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate effectively with the office manager, dentist, hygienists, and dental assistants
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming patient experience
