Responsibilities

• Discuss financial options with patients, including treatment costs and financing solutions.
• Verify dental insurance benefits; submit claims; track status; follow up on denials.
• Manage patient billing: apply payments, monitor balances, resolve billing concerns.
• Provide clear financial guidance to patients and families about costs and responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and insurance documentation in the software.
• Assist with scheduling financial consultations and cost breakdowns for appointments.
• Collaborate with clinical and front desk teams for seamless patient experience and coordination.
• Support front desk operations: answer phones, check-in/out, send reminders.
• Identify improvements to financial workflows and billing processes.
• Participate in staff meetings and continuing education on billing regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
