Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff at a time.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% and proximity to a major airport.

• Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting to goals.
• Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers and building confidence.
