Henry Schein, Inc. is seeking an Equipment Sales Associate based in Columbus, OH to sell dental equipment and grow regional market share. You will undergo 1–3 years of focused training, later aiming for a permanent territory anywhere in the U.S.

Relocation for future assignments is expected, and you will participate in regional meetings and co-travels. During the role, you will input data in Salesforce, generate quotes, and support service teams.

Qualifications

• Typically 1 to 3 years of related professional experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Willingness to relocate for future territory assignments anywhere in the U.S.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer relationships and educate customers on product features as directed.
• Represent the company in sales calls and help regional sales achieve goals.
• Achieve annual sales goals as set with Director of Equipment Sales.
• Support market share growth within the assigned region.
• Lead equipment marketing leads with Marketing team.
• Prepare reports, enter data in Salesforce, quote, site-check, coordinate with service team.
• Attend meetings and trade shows; learn industry trends and develop new business.
• Coordinate with manufacturer reps to expand opportunities and improve service.
• Co-travel with tenured team to learn products, drawings, installations, and processes.
