You will work under supervision with Lead Technicians and Project Coordinators to diagnose issues, perform service, and maintain van inventory. Training is provided, and OSHA safety rules apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides repair services to customers in a courteous and professional manner.
• Completes on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks under supervision.
• Diagnoses errors and determines proper solutions through troubleshooting steps.
• Maintains inventory in van and ensures parts availability.
• Produces timely and detailed service reports.
• Attends required training including Henry Schein Dental Career Development and manufacturer technical sessions.
• Complies with OSHA regulations and uses PPE as required.
• Communicates progress to team members and dispatchers; closes work orders for billing.
