Touro College of Dental Medicine's clinical site in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Clinical Practice Leader to oversee day-to-day operations of assigned specialty clinic(s) and ensure appropriate clinical coverage and support.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Education, the CPL will guide student doctor/patient interactions, monitor treatment planning and progress, and collaborate with faculty to maintain high standards of patient care and professional conduct.

Qualificações

• DDS/DMD from CODA-accredited dental school.
• Eligible for licensure in New Mexico.
• Scholarly activity and outstanding patient care desirable.
• Experience with curriculum development and digital dentistry is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned specialty clinic(s).
• Ensure appropriate clinical coverage and administrative support.
• Guide student doctor/patient interaction and monitor treatment planning.
• Maintain professional conduct and mentor students in patient management.
• Review student performance and progress related to quality and resources.
• Calibrate clinical faculty on protocol and infection control.
• Participate in meetings with CPLs and relevant committees.
