Job summary

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry in Cary, NC seeks a Compliance Manager to own the comprehensive program across OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, and radiation safety.

You will lead audits, manage training via LMS, coordinate CPR courses, and partner with leadership to mitigate risk across multi-state offices. This is an ownership role requiring organization, attention to detail, and the ability to drive multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of healthcare compliance, regulatory, or clinical operations experience.
• Dental or DSO experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own the compliance program across OSHA, HIPAA, infection control, radiation safety, and sedation requirements.
• Lead onsite audits and manage corrective actions with clear owners and due dates.
• Administer radiation safety, badge monitoring, and dosimetry communications.
• Coordinate CPR/BLS training and LMS course content.
• Investigate complaints, incidents, and patient concerns and report to leadership.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, forms, and compliance library.
• Deliver regular compliance reporting to leadership and partner with HR and operations.
