This role blends relationship management with outreach to expand access to care. You will build partnerships with senior living facilities and healthcare providers, run marketing initiatives, track activities in a CRM, and collaborate with operations to ensure smooth transitions for new patients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in community relations, healthcare sales, or marketing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Experience with CRM software and managing multiple leads.
• Knowledge of dental services and healthcare landscape desirable.
• Must have reliable vehicle for travel and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with senior living facilities, healthcare providers, and community groups to boost referrals.
• Execute marketing initiatives, attend events, and present to potential partners.
• Use CRM to track interactions, monitor relationships, and report sales activity.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth patient transitions and high service standards.
