Job summary

You will coordinate patient care for 21 student dentists, schedule clinics, and monitor accounts while collaborating with faculty and leadership to ensure high-quality patient care and education.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with a patient management system, and effective communication with students, patients, and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of relevant office experience preferred.
• Appropriate college coursework may substitute experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor patient care for the TEAMS Program.
• Schedule clinic chairs and manage the student dentist team of 21.
• Maintain patient financial accounts and communicate with the Business Office.
• Serve as liaison between students and faculty regarding patient treatment and progress.
• Generate and review financial reports for patient accounts and insurance changes.
• Conduct team meetings and keep minutes, ensuring timely updates to Team Leader.
