Job summary

Castro Valley Smiles Dentistry is seeking a qualified dental assistant to join our team in Castro Valley, CA. You will train and coach others, manage patient flow, and support clinical operations to deliver outstanding patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach all other dental assistants to ensure peak performance.
• Manage patient flow to optimize the patient experience and daily dentist efficiency.
• Develop the dental assistant team through learning plans and skill expansion.
• Integrate specialty dental assistants into the team effectively.
• Escort patients to and from the front desk.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization and disinfection per CDC guidelines.
• Keep a clean and sterile workplace and support doctors.
• Maintain clinical supply levels while adhering to budget.
