Job summary

Castro Valley Advantage Dental in Castro Valley, CA is seeking a Dental Assistant (DA) or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA). This full-time, in-person role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of procedures with modern technology such as intraoral scanners and in-office milling.

You’ll assist doctors, prepare treatment rooms, follow infection-control protocols, maintain patient records, and collaborate with a friendly team focused on growth, feedback, and excellent patient care.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Friday: 8:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Our team provides everything from crowns and fillings to root canals, oral surgery, implants, and Invisalign. You'll have opportunities to develop your skills across a wide range of procedures while working with technology that includes intraoral scanners, 3D printers, and in-office milling.

• RDA licensure; DA applicants are also welcome.

You don’t need experience with every procedure or system listed. We value humility, initiative, and a willingness to grow.
