Ideal candidates have 4 years of relevant experience and an associate degree, with preferredBachelor's in healthcare administration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4 years in dental front-office, clinical coordination, patient access, or healthcare administration.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Experience with dental practice-management systems (AxiUm) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of an assigned clinic, module, or specialty area and manage patient flow.
• Review scheduling, cancellations, and bottlenecks; adjust workflows as needed.
• Perform insurance eligibility and benefit review; initiate preauthorizations.
