Be a part of UNE CDM's mission to serve underserved communities in northern New England. The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) acts as the primary contact for patients in the Group Practice Comprehensive Care Clinics, overseeing scheduling, student clinical calendars, and day-to-day office operations.

You will guide students on business operations, monitor balances, run reports, and coordinate with faculty to assign patients to learners while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a welcoming, inclusive

Formación

• Experience in a dental or medical healthcare facility preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage patient and student clinician appointments and balance schedules.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy policies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate patient and procedure assignments with faculty.
• Manage patient and student clinician appointments.
• Run reports in the practice management software.
• Serve as primary patient contact for questions/concerns.
• Ensure adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
• Support the educational mission and balance collections/invoicing.
