Job summary

Neighborhood Healthcare is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant to deliver high-quality dental hygiene services and assist providers during procedures. Responsibilities include patient assessments, documentation, chair-side support, and emergency care as needed at various sites.

The role requires a CA Registered Dental Assistant license, X-ray license, and BLS certification upon hire. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Arabic highly preferred; occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Provides high-quality dental hygiene within standards of care; assess conditions and take vital signs.
Documents dental history and observations for staff records.
Chair-side assistance to dentist for tests, procedures, and complex treatments.
Provide emergency measures as needed during treatment.
Develops and implements individualized care plans under supervision.
Delivers patient care: cleaning, X-rays, sealants, fluorides, varnishes, impressions.
