Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with dental/medical insurance training.
• Experience in dental billing, claims submission, and insurance coordination.
• Familiarity with RPMS, CDT, ICT coding and billing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication for patient and provider interactions.

Responsibilities

• Billing and claims management, including submission and tracking of dental insurance claims.
• Monitor payments, review denied claims, and manage patient invoicing.
• Coordinate patient care questions and referrals for larger treatment plans.
• Maintain confidential patient records and ensure accuracy in coding.
