Northglenn Smiles Dentistry and Orthodontics is hiring a Healthcare Coordinator to partner with dentists and move cases forward. You will explain treatment options, help patients choose plans, and secure financial commitments to start care while maintaining a positive patient experience.

You will become proficient with the PDS system, support daily schedules, and act as a subject matter expert on financing. Travel between offices may be required; professionalism and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Model company culture, values, standards, and best operational practices.
• Gain a financial commitment from the patient to start dentistry that the Dentist is diagnosing.
• Achieve proficiency in PDS system and tools to assist patients in making the best decision for their wants and needs.
• Executes the HC Handoff with each clinician on every exam patient.
• Be the Subject Matter Expert on available financial options to give patients choices.
• Overcome common patient objections to starting treatment.
• Obtain necessary insurance pre-authorizations.
• Ensure the office exemplifies the Comprehensive Care Model and referrals.
• Participate in daily huddles and team meetings.
• Understand business imperatives and impact on metrics.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold PDS Brand.
• Be knowledgeable on Mouth Body Connection and support clinical excellence.
• Maintain appropriate professional appearance and demeanor; address others respectfully.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory bodies.
• Other duties as assigned.
