Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Answer calls, route messages, and maintain an organized reception area.
• Coordinate daily appointment schedule and reminders; assist with rescheduling.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits; input data and explain patient portions.
• Collect co-pays and outstanding balances; provide receipts.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and support administrative tasks.
