Job description

We’re seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our IT Staffing team as the Director of Business Development for the Phoenix, AZ territory. This is a Remote role; however, candidates must reside in the Phoenix area.

In this position, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to build and manage your own book of business while collaborating with a team of highly skilled professionals. With our industry-leading commission structure, we are committed to empowering you to achieve financial success and grow your career on your own terms.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively prospect, acquire, and nurture client relationships to ensure the successful placement of IT professionals that meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Teams: Work closely with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Talent Marketing: Present and promote the skills, expertise, and abilities of IT professionals to clients, ensuring the best possible match for both the client and the talent.
  • Database Management: Build, maintain, and qualify a robust database of clients and prospects, ensuring alignment with market opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Networking: Actively participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships, enhance brand visibility, and expand the company’s market presence.

Qualifications:

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in the Staffing & Recruiting industry, with a focus on Information Technology staffing.
  • Experience: Tenured experience with success in IT staffing, including sales, business development, and account management.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Attributes: Highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
