Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Dallas seeks a Clinical Billing & Payment Associate in the Oral Surgery department. This on-site role supports executives in a fast-paced environment, handling payment posting, billing, and customer inquiries.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years in clinical billing or related fields; Epic experience and a related degree are preferred. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience in clinical billing or billing support.
• Experience with revenue cycle management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post payments from payers and patients into the billing system and reconcile accounts.
• Process EOBs and ERAs, and resolve discrepancies or denials.
• Provide patient and insurer assistance, verify eligibility and explain plans.
