Dental Dreams LLC in Ypsilanti, MI seeks dental professionals passionate about patient care. We welcome Dental Assistants and Oral Radiology Technicians to join our dental healthcare family; entry-level applicants and those training are encouraged to apply.

You will perform chairside assistance, operate radiology equipment, and uphold sterilization standards. We offer growth to Lead positions with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and vision insurance, PTO, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• Certified/licensed Dental Assistant or Oral Radiology Technician preferred.
• Entry-level applicants and students in a Dental Assisting program encouraged.
• Willingness to train and grow within the practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance for Dentists during procedures.
• Operate oral radiology equipment and process imaging.
• Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and operatories.
• Assist in explaining treatment plans to patients.
• Address patient concerns and ensure quality service.
• Engage with patients to deliver excellent service.
• Support day-to-day operations and patient flow.
• Contribute to patient education and satisfaction.
